Socialization and Companionship
Everyone needs support. We were never meant to navigate life alone — we were created to live in community, in relationship, and in mutual care.
While that kind of support system is less common today, our programs exist to help fill that gap.
We provide thoughtful, skilled, and compassionate support designed to help adults live with competence, dignity, confidence, and independence. Whether that means hands-on assistance, medical advocacy, organizational support, or simply having a trusted presence to walk alongside you in daily life — we show up with competence, consistency, and genuine care.
Our work blends practical assistance, life management, and relational support, creating solutions that are not only effective — but sustainable.
These prices are for Chwalinski Foundation nonprofit programs as well as most of the services offered by Counter Culture Collective who we partner with to provide services to a broader range of people and needs. Grant funding and adjusted rates may be available for qualifying individuals participating in our nonprofit programs. If affordability is a concern, we encourage you to reach out before assuming services are out of reach.
The services listed below are representative, not exhaustive.
If you need support with something not listed, please ask. If we cannot meet your need directly, we will do our best to connect you with someone who can.
Services & Pricing
Every person we work with is in a different chapter. Some need a steady hand through the ordinary. Others are navigating something that requires deep expertise, careful advocacy, and real-time problem solving. Our pricing reflects that range -- simple, transparent, and tiered by the complexity of what the work actually requires.
There are no hidden fees. No vague retainer structures. Just clear rates, real work, and detailed records of everything we accomplish together.
We also work fast. Whether we are clearing out an inbox, navigating a benefits system, or getting a shop listed online, We come prepared, move with purpose, and do not waste your time or your money. Efficiency is our standard.

How It Works
Retainer Clients
Many of my clients work with me on a retainer basis -- a prepaid block of hours drawn down as work is completed. Retainers ensure priority scheduling and continuity of service.
Detailed session logs with time, tasks, rates, and running balance are provided with every billing cycle so you always know exactly where your retainer stands.
Mixed-Rate Sessions
Some sessions involve multiple types of work -- for example, a morning of advocacy calls followed by an afternoon of home organization. In those cases, each portion of the session is billed at the tier that matches the work performed. You will always receive a clear, itemized breakdown.
Hourly & Project-Based Work
For clients who prefer to work session by session, hourly billing is available at the rates above as scheduling permits. Retainer clients have schedule priority.
Ready to get started?
Reach out, by email, to schedule a brief complimentary conversation. I would love to hear what you are navigating and talk through how I can help.
Our programs serves clients locally and beyond. For any service requiring travel more than 10 miles from our office, a travel fee will apply. Travel fees are discussed transparently during the intake process and outlined clearly in your service agreement before any work begins. Out-of-area and out-of-state clients are warmly welcomed — we simply want to make sure all expectations are clear from the start.
We specialize in organization, systems, and life support. We do not provide cleaning services. If organizational work is needed in a space that requires cleaning first, we are happy to help coordinate that separately before we begin.
We will work alongside you for as long as the arrangement is serving you well. We ask that you evaluate your needs honestly and communicate openly — including any concerns about satisfaction — before each retainer period. That kind of honesty allows us to keep the relationship productive and the work meaningful.
If work has been completed beyond a previously paid retainer and you choose to pause or conclude services, any outstanding balance will be invoiced and is due upon receipt. Retainer payments are applied to work and are not refundable, but we will always offer a range of retainer options so that your financial commitment can scale appropriately as your goals are reached.
If you choose to continue services beyond one year, we will conduct a fresh assessment together, update the scope of work as needed, and draft a new agreement that reflects where you are.
How you can help?
We are always seeking an established program partner that has an experienced, established, active and aligned 501(c)3 status to launch partnerships with. If that is something you or your organization might be interested in please email us. The practice work and data collection is already being done. With solid partnerships these programs can expand to their full serving potential.
