Hello! I am Melissa Chwalinski-Gordon, the founder of MCG Initiatives and Counter Culture Collective. Nice to meet you. 

A compilation of many years of experience, with all kinds of people, has turned into a passion for teaching foundational domestic and workplace skills, fostering multigenerational, interdependant, communities, social advocacy and public service. These two organizations work collaborativly to meet the needs of our community regardless of socioeconomic status. Through a variety of programs, we and many community partners, have come together to educate, encourage and empower those in need of developing foundational life and entrepreneurial skills. With these skills, holistically healthy, fulfilled and successful lives become possible for our program participants.  This, in turn, creates a functionally elevated society and workforce.
